For this case study, I zeroed in on the Itinerary Builder flow, not just because it’s a core feature, but because it’s where the real design fun begins. It offers tons of room to explore Gen Z-friendly UI patterns, engaging content structures, and customizable options.
Plus, it’s the perfect testing ground for sensory filters that support both user preferences and destination vibes.

FigJam AI didn’t quite get what I was going for with Jordan’s journey map—maybe because I asked for a vertical layout instead of the usual horizontal one. So, I ended up building the TripSage Itinerary Builder journey map for Jordan myself, using just plain FigJam, of course.
