I explored several user flows, but focused this case study on caregiver onboarding as it revealed the most insight into UX writing and addressing user concerns.


Onboarding in medical apps can feel overwhelming, so I broke it down. DearlyCare walks caregivers through the setup with clear, step-by-step instructions. This flow shows the full journey for both caregiver and care receiver, starting at the top left.
